I don't have an extra credit card to register for a new account. My old account was suspended because I sold a few of my imported DVDs which they said was "illegal".

ok i have been suspended for everything on ebay and i mean everything i am still on there....i have many accounts still suspended you gotta open up a BRAND NEW bank account and get a new card number use a different address and change your ip address i did this and never got sussed....do not link it to your paypal account as ebay will suss you ..GOOD LUCK! PS THEY CAN NEVER KEEP YOU OFF.............ps you can get your account reinstated by signing a declaration ....email ebay they will send it you via email

even if you get a new credit card, they will sniff you out via your ip or matching account information BUT here is a link to some prepaid credit cards you can get (or you can always callup your current credit card provider and ask for a new card with different numbers and request you name to be A. Jones instead of Angel Jones)

Selling imported DVDs isn't illegal on eBay. So, whatever you did, that wasn't what go you kicked off. Why not stay away from eBay and not rip people off?
