Here is the work around to save the video. This may work for some site and will not work for some site......

For this you have to play the whole video online.

Go to c:\documents and Settings\\localsettings\temporary internet files

Delete all the files in it. Now load the link in Internet explorer and let it run the whole video. Now check on the temporary internet files folder for video files. Voila its there copy and save it into your local folder...

For this, you would need a display adapter that gives you the option to view computer screen on tv.From TV, record on DVD recorder or VCR. Then you would need a capture device(hardware) which should come with software. The capture device (analog to digital converter)could then put it on your hard drive from DVD or VCR.
