I think Tiko's answer is probably right.
I don't know anything about the Japanese language, but I just happened to see the movie a few nights ago, and I can distinctly hear Sean Connery saying the word.
It sounded to me like "Oh kun ta" (accent on both the middle and last syllables) but it's pretty easy to imagine extra letters in words if you have absolutely no idea what the person is saying.

I haven't seen the movie you are refering to, but the word I know for "pissed off" is atamanikuru. I hope this helps.
