Perhaps some clarification is in order after the "you can't" replies. It's a temporary thing, like I wake up and my eye lid is a bit lower than usual and doesn't go away for awhile, sometimes days at a time.

Unfortunately for you, people are only reading the "lazy eye" part and confusing it with having an eye turn or a weaker eye instead of the problem you are having.
I think this is something you should have checked out by your doctor.

I've always had that problem. When I am alone, I try to close my strong eye and use the lazy one. Try to judge distances constantly, which makes both eyes work together.

my sister had this years ago. They had her wear a patch over the good eye, so the lazy eye had to work and strenghten. Not sure if they use that same technique now.

if you are too young, ophthalmologist require a patch to cover one eye to strengthened the other one. sometimes a corrective glasses will do but if not, when you reach the age that they can perform the surgery, that will do it.
