For phsical pleasure, do following things in that order only: -
1. Have an Orgasm (nothing beats it the best thing a human being can do and yes, human beings are the only ones other then Dolphines to enjoy orgasm others just do it to reproduce.
2. Sneeze (This is the closest way to get to god. You know it is the only thing which can be parlleled with orgasm).
For emotional (if you have a heart) or overall pleasure do the following:
1. Fall in Love, and you will know why I have said this.
2. Get closer to nature, this is also a surest way of Nirvana before death, and you will be in the COmpany of God all the times.
3. Help others (DO I need to explain this).
