I am trying to put in a picture of a fractol thing instend of like a crossbar or whatever. the url for the pic is

Unfortunately, you can't use a standard image as a cursor. If you can convert it to a cursor or animated cursor, then you can incorporate it into your web page. Even then, the standard size for a cursor is 32x32 pixels so the fractal you want to use will probably come out looking fuzzy because it will need to be resized on top of being cropped.

try writing the following on the page:



with the url inside the quotes (the quotes should be in the line of code.)
