The jokes and music were corny, but the women were drop dead gorgeous.

It's one of the many shows I miss. I do not find these so called reality shows entertaining. How can it be reality when it is filmed and edited by a director and producer. We need more silly, nonsensical shows that are merely on for clean, pure entertainment. It seems like every family type show that comes on leaves just as quickly. We need shows like Hee Haw, The Carol Burnett Show, Happy Days, The Waltons, and Laugh-In.

Its kinda hard to miss it when you were only in the 1st grade when it went off air. However, I did get to watch the re-runs on CMT last week and I think when they take it off, I'll miss it a little. I really love seeing some of today's superstars on there when they were jsut starting out. Also love the jokes, even if they are corny.

Gloom, despair, and agony on me.
Deep dark depression, excessive misery.
If it weren't fer bad luck, I'd have no luck at all.
Gloom, despair, and agony on meeeee.....

I miss Hee Haw 'cuz it had great banjo pickers and funny skits. You miss it for the women. You, sir, are NO fan of Hee haw!

And really funny too. Yes I do miss it a lot. We don't have anything like that anymore and there is always a need for laughter and silliness. That's entertainment all right!

You bet. I'd love to have the DVD collection, but the family ignored the hints last birthday.

I loved that show when I was little. I could never understand why my grandmother didn't like it when my grandpa watched the show-- it was all the cleavage , he was a dirty old man!
