When I call my cell phone it says that no one can leave a message because my voice mail is full. But when I checked my voice mail it's completely empty. I made sure I emptied everything, so what's the problem? Thanks!

They may need to reset your voicemail. Call customer service and tell them what is going on and they can reset it for you.

Quickest answer is to call Verizon.
But in the meantime. On some cell phones there is a setting to save
all your messages for x amount of days. With this setting, an erased
message means that when the time expires it will erase the message. In the meantime it is still being used. Go to administrative functions. Something like back up.

Go to the Verizon and look in their forums, q&a, and in their live chat...also call their support number
They can troubleshoot you and help you more than someone on here can without seeing the phone or being part of the company. Best of luck though!

Have you tried contacting the phone company?
