For your runny nose:

Is it because of your allergic reaction? what color is your mucus? if green you need to see a doctor.

For runny nose that is due to allergic reaction you can go to the pharmacy and get:
1. Clarityne OR
2. Clarinase
These type of medication should be taken at day time e.g. morning or afternoon as it may cause difficulty in sleeping.
(consult the pharmacist first)

Or if that is only normal runny nose not due to allergic reaction, you can try:
Chlorpheniramine (which is a yellow color tablet)
it can cause drowsiness. avoid operate machinery or car. It would be good to take at night time.

For your cough:

Do you have phlegm? what color is your phlegm? If you have phlegm and it is green, consult doctor. Green phlegm means that it is a bacteria infection.

If you have no phlegm you can try:
1. Dextromethorphan Or
2. Codeine cough syrup OR
3. Diphenhydramine (brand name benadryl syrup)
(you can get this from pharmacy and pls consult the pharmacist first)

If you have phlegm:
Expectorant helps you to get rid of your phlegm easier. However it will increase the episode of coughing.
E.g. of expectorant (guafenesin, e.g. woods)

OR

Mucolytics agent
which help you to break down the mucus.
E.g. acetylcysteine

All this can be obtained from pharmacy.

Tell the pharmacist your condition and they will know what drug to be recommended to you for your symptoms.

I would first suggest seeing your doc to rule out anything that may need medical treatment. If it turns out to be allergy related, antihistamines (such as benadryl, claritin) are great for drying up nasal secretions and/or watery eyes, and a cough suppressant such as the plain Robitussin or Delsym (a little stronger and longer-acting) can help with the cough.

Allergy medicine for your nose and cough drops for your cough. If its been going on for awhile you need to go to your doctor for some medicine you might have a cold. Hope I helped! God Bless!
