Ohmigod, the pain used to be so bad, I would just curl up in a ball in bed and rock back and forth till it went away. It usually took about 10 minutes, but it was agony. I thought something like that couldn't possibly be normal, but my dr said it really is.
That was with my first pregnancy. My boobs are hella tender this time around, but I am not getting the sharp, agonizing pain that I got last time.
I remember asking my dr if there was anything that I could do for the pain, and she said not really. Even if you were to take Tylenol or something like that, the pain will go away by itself way quicker than it would take for the Tylenol to kick in.
Hang in there, and good luck!

Having sore, swollen, or delicate breasts at any factor in the time of being pregnant is thoroughly wide-spread. donning some form of bra (activities, underwire, instantaneous, and so on.) each and every of the time facilitates me. I placed on a common underwire bra in the process the day and a activities bra to sleep so as that they are continuously supported and don't injury as a lot. you may additionally try a heat or chilly compress in the event that they're rather killing you. Congratulations on your being pregnant :)

i thought i was going to DIE with the pain in my breasts while pregnant (and trust me, afterwards isn't much better!) It's part of what your body goes through. if the pain gets worse, or you're truly concerned, run it past your ob/gyn. good luck!

That's funny! (well, it is, but isn't). But that's how I knew I was pregnant! That was the first sign. Go to your OB/GYN. And good luck!!! :)
