IMHO, there is an indirect co-relation.
1) We learn from each other
2) We create our environment through behavior and attitude
3) Most people live and die within a 50 miles radius
But that is not exactly like pound for pound and exact type matched. Also, it is not like the Karma sticking to the soul no-matter how many time you have re-incarnated type of deal.

there is none. however, there is balance or equilibrium in nature. anything done that cause imbalance may result in pressure to others, if they can resist it, then the pressure goes to somebody else, and it goes on. ....until the pressure lands on someone who may have cause the imbalance himself.
