Some of those are pretty names. I think Deonte and Qutaha sound nice, but check the spelling, and make sure that they don't mean something derogatory, or silly in another language.
I don't mean to sound racist, and I hope I don't offend you, but they do sound ethnical like they are African American names. There's nothing wrong with ethical names, but some people take names the wrong way. Or they sound like created names, which I personally don't agree with, because I just don't think a name should be trendy or cool, or creative, but I'm a fairly conserviative white guy, so that's my perspective, and I'm just trying to help you and the child. It's a mean world out there. You probably have some blunt responses that give you an idea of what I'm talking about. You might not mind being subjected to this, but what about the child?

They are very unusual names. I like Deonte and Amia.
Are they from African heritage? I think I met a little boy once with the name Deonte.

You want your kid to grow up to be all that they could ever hope to be, right? Maybe a college education? A career in whatever field most fascinates them? Picture the name you want to give them in gold lettering on the door of their office. Suppose your kid grew up wanting to be a speech therapist - don't you think their patients would think it was some kind of cruel joke trying to even say their doctor's name if it was one of those?

If you're going to go that route, open a bank account now so that when they feel the need to change their name, they can afford to do so.

Mmm, not my cup of tea, sorry. But hey different strokes for different folks.

I heard a suggestion from a child expert that if you are thinking of naming your child something, try it out first. For example, introduce yourself to people using the proposed child's name and see how it fits. Are you comfortable introducing yourself with this name? If not, your child won't be either.
