You said ignition Switch that is on top the steering shaft column assembly held on with two small bolts and is switched with a wire with 90 degree bend that moves the switch. About a 2 in a 1-10 difficulty approx 30 minutes

Ignition switch is easy. It's under the dash bolted to the steering column. Two bolts, a wiring harness, and you're outta there. Of course, you'll have to "adjust it for the "throw" of the actuator rod.
