Get google's Picasa photo editor. It has an option to make collage.

Maybe try a photo editor, then import the picture as a .jpg or .gif image. A good, free photo editor I like is the Gimp. It's on download.com. Otherwise, if you have dreamweaver, or a similar website construction program, you can create photo collages in the program. There's also a free website editor called NVu, which can also create photo collages in the program.

Maybe I can suggest that you do a photo-slide show? This will show all your photos in succession... you can create a free photo-slide show from this website

If you want all the pics to be in one 'area' I would suggest downloading a free program called gimp
http://www.gimp.com
It works alot like photoshop (except this is a free program)
which allows you to work in layers, and you can create the perfect collage effect! Good Luck!
