I'm trying to make a knight costume but am haveing difficulties... i found Varaform which i thought would be a good idea but i have no idea where to get it, if anyone could tell me it would be greatly appreciated, or if anyone has any better ideas on what to use please let me know. (i already thought of fiber glass which didn't turn out to be such a great idea)

I read somewhere that you can use juice can lids (punch holes in them) and wire to make a suit of armor.

Try using aluminum foil crazy glued to cardboard and died a specific color.
