You can try system restore/system recovery = go start - all files, and you'll find it there.

First please do run the scans and as rondosxx
Level 2 says, that is an excellent anti-virus program. run a spyware remover too if you have one. Never delete any files you are unsure of yourself, a file may be a required dll or file for windows system. You may not be able to reboot at all then. If all else fails, try a system restore to a date you know the computer was acting correctly.

You would usually go to START then SEARCH and search up anything that has been saved for the last 3 days or so. If theres any files that look suspicious, then delete it.

See if you can go to http://free.grison.com; download the free antivirus program "avg"; install and run it. This is the best program available, better than those you pay for. I have been a highly satisfied user for a couple years. Hopefully this will solve your problem. Unfortunately I guess you already have been infected. Good luck
