If you wish to delete search history saved by the browser and auto-filled when you type on the yahoo or any site website, here is the solution:

To clear your history from Internet Explorer:
1. Go to the "Tools" menu.
2. Select "Internet Options."
3. Click the "General" tab.
4. Click the "Clear History" button. To completely disable the history function, set "Days to keep pages in history" to zero.

To clear your history from Mozilla Firefox:
1. Go to the "Tools" menu.
2. Select "Options" > "Privacy" > "History."
3. Click on "Clear." To completely disable the history function, set "Remember visited pages for the last X days" to zero ("0").
4. Click "OK" to exit.

hmmm the procedure of clearing the websites addresses is different in all the browsers

if you are ursing internet explorer

Go to the "Tools" menu > Select "Internet Options> Click the "General" tab>Click the "Clear History" button

also clear all your passwords and auto text complete.

if you are using opera or mozila then there is direct option for clear private data you

and if u r using safari thn there is option for reset safari

except clear the history through safari you can also delete your temporary files (path is)

C:/windows/temp

Can't. It is my understanding that when you and I delete files, they are not actually removed from the HD, merely removed from the directory. A computer expert would know how to retrieve information. Be careful where you go and before you dump your computer, be sure to remove and destroy the HD.

I was also waiting on the answers to this question but is it possible to delete just certain ones? Do you have to delete all of them?

You need to back up everything on CD,then run a harddiscleaner to clean it clean,then reinstall the programs you want back on.
