A female can become pregnant at anytime during her cycle.
It all depends on her ovulation, and yes some females ovulate more than once during a cycle.
If she ovulates more than once, and it is during her period, then yes she can get pregs.

Not actually during the period...more like 14 days after...

it's not highly likely, but yes...and especially in young women as their cycles are irregular and ovulation can occur at odd times during their cycle (the standard idea is that ovulation occurs around the 14th day of your cycle, with day one being the first day of your period).
Also keep in mind sperm can live in the female reproductive tract for up to 3 or 4 days - thus increasing your chances if you don't use protection.

It is possible, yes. But it is not a common occurrence. Still, birth control should be used when having sex during your period, to be safe.

yes, definitely possible. the better question is - what sickos have sex during a girl's period? that's just nasty.
