y should u enlarge it?coz u can put all ur 5 fingers (separately)into ur nose.ie little finger & also thumb goes in.so its not the size of arrow that matters but the accuracy in hitting the target matters

Nope... it's stretching tissues beyond their normal capacity... not good for it and can affect erections in the future
