They actually have their clothes on already that is why all their clothes are smaller each time and their straps are thinner. So basically inside the tube thing, they just pull it off a little string attached to it somehow and out comes one dress.

I know it has to do with the "costume" being multiples but other than that I cannot tell (magicians secret) any way the other guy (the one with the snow mobile) was better because he had a "varied" act. The quick change people were (as piers said) a one trick pony. Personally I voted for Bobby Badfingers. (although I would have voted for All That if they hadn't won already)

I think the only people that know how that trick is done is the people that do it. Ive nevers een anything like that and it's amazing. Sorry i can't help but if you ever do find out let me in on the secret.

It has nothing to with science or technology. They simple wear layers of clothes that they can rip off and drop behind screens/curtains/etc. Not much too it.
