IT DEPENDS ON HOW FAR INTO YOUR PREGNANCY. IN MY 39 WEEK MY WATER BAG LEAKED AND I THOUGHT IT WAS THE BABY PUSHING ON MY BLADDER SO I HAD A DRY LABOR WHICH IS VERY PANFUL.

Your doctor is there for all these questions and if they make fun of you for asking then find a new one! Don't worry about the color of your urine, its completely fine. When your urine is clear it just means your hydrated, and when it is yellow less hydrated, dark yellow, you need some water, big time! And the pressure on your bladder, well I don't know how far along you are, yep, its probably your baby :) congrats on staying so hydrated during your pregnancy, its a good thing!!

It's probably just clear because you're keeping yourself well-hydrated, but, depending on how far along you are, it could be that your water has broken, and is starting to leak out. The pressure is probably just the baby sitting on your bladder.
Don't feel dumb about asking questions to your doctor. No matter what you ask, he's probably either heard it before, or heard something a lot dumber. It's his job to answer your questions; he gets paid well for it. Ask as many as you need to to make you feel better.
As I got further along, I started bringing in little lists so I would remember all of the questions that my 'pregnant brain' made me forget as soon as I was in the office.

Well really clear urine is often from drinking lots of water...which could also account for needing to go a lot on top of the kid causing pressure.

Your doctor is not going to think you're dumb for asking all of these question. Trust me I think I called my doctor enough for ten women! To answer some of your questions you might want to purchase the book "What to expect when expecting" I believe I read the book at least 3 times during my pregnancy.

depends how far preg you are, early stages the baby sits low in the pelvis, making you need to pee alot, if its clear then you have plenty of fluids in your system, thats a good thing.
just remember, the only stupid question is the one thats never asked.

When you mainly drink water, thats perfectly normal. Better to be clear than too dark.

As long as its peeing out your fine. If its continuously flowing your water may have broken, but you would definately know the difference.
