SORRY IF QUESTION SOUNDS RIDICULOUS, POINTLESS, STUPID OR JUST F**KIN' RETARDED.

My reason for this question (as black man): is watching a documentary Hitler (that nasty sick F*ck) who supposedly had all these kids in is bunker who were all blonde.

Also was looking at another racial blog on a website comparing blacks, whites, hispanic and asians - with general racial identities etc.

- but always facsinated with you whites who can be blonde wid blue eyes, brown (brunette) with red eyes - only joking!

any shared thougts - anyone want to actually call me racist

Sorry fellow brits

I remember reading an article about how fair haired people came to be in the sunday times recently. Blonde hair is a very recent genetic mutation that originated several thousand years ago. It came about as a trait that would differ from other people who had brown or black hair. The sudden appearance of blondes gave these fair haired people a better chance of mating. Simply because they were physically different from everybody else. Thay stood out from everybody else. They were able to reproducer and pass on their own genes to the next generation.

Hitler wasn't the first person to believe that the tall, blonde blue eyed person was the "pure white" image as you say, but he was the most famous admirer of this kind of thinking.

I don't think you're racist. I'm white myself and I can't see a problem with your question.

Check out the term "Aryan" in wikipedia. I've just checked it and it gives an answer to your question. You are in fact correct with the idea of scandinavians being "pure white". Check it out.

I'm from Denmark, a country filled with blondes, and no, I don't think scandinavian people associate certain qualities with being blond/scandinavian. Actually, I'm equally fascinated with blacks. Especially with the really dark ones, who aren't brown but close to black. It's the attraction of opposites I guess. Also, for some reason black children are so much cuter than white, and I say this as a mother of two! But what do I know..maybe there are differences due to ethnicity...and that thought isn't rascist in itself!

As someone said before, Hitler wanted a superior Aryan race that could rule the world, although notice he had brown eyes and black hair? Guess he didn't count. Anyone else should be wiped of the face of the planet according to him. Back to your original header, the concept of blonde's and pureness, is that virginal (young) blonde's have lighter blonde hair and as they get older the whiteness fades from it hence as they become more sexually active they loose their purer light blonde colours and become a darker blonde colour. I think I read that some where any way. The question of you being racist? I don't see that anywhere in your question.

Blonde is usually seen as more attractive and sexual. However on a female is generally associated with mental ability. (Bimbo)

Hitler was keen on keeping Germany Arian (hope I spelt that right) which was his point of pureness.

Good question

for me it depends upon the girl. Like I might observe a girl with black hair and think she is totally hot however see a girl with blond tresses that is meh and vice versa.
