Does anyone know if there are any online support groups that are available?

I don't know of any online support groups, but I do know it took me a good three years to stop having crying sessions after my mother died. She's been gone 8 years, and I still miss her very much. I was an adult, too, but your mother is always your mother, and nobody else is that close to you. Don't expect to "get over it" in a hurry; it is normal to grieve. I hope you find a support group, but no matter what you do it will hurt like the dickens for a very long time. You need to keep functioning as a person at home and work, but you also need to allow yourself to feel really, really bad sometimes. Good luck!

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I am sure that there are online support groups. You'd have to just do a search for it I suppose. Maybe it's best for a live support group. It's sometimes helpful to feel another human.

Instead looking online check you local phone book and see if there are some groups in your area or look in the paper.....
