That you end up sleeping by yourself far too much?
Mine is a workaholic, and he barely got home an hour ago and now has to go out of town, which leaves me sleeping alone. Any one else have this happen to them?

My husband bought me a dog also so I would feel more secure, considering we have 5 small kids in the house.
But I can't sleep when i'm by myslef. I'm too used to him being here.

Similar situation.. My husband works shift work. Alternates between days and nights and on his days off,he is so tired that he sleeps most of the first day and the second day he just doesn't want to do much.. he is working nights right now and for the next three nights so the only time I will see him is the hour he is up before he has to leave for work.. Then there are the weeks he picks up extras shifts and well then I never have time with him.
I sure know how you feel. But he does it so I can stay home with the kids.
But sometimes, most of the time, I just want him here with me.
So I'll be up on answers passing the time until I get tired and go to bed that way I don't miss him too much!

i have my husband works ALOT! he works 3rd shift so i sleep alone every night and it seems that when he is home he wants to be at work he leaves for work early and gets home late i feel like i raise my kids alone, but i cope . i have found other things to do with my time what we fail to realize is he has his own set of needs he has dreams that he wants to happen the best advice i can offer is to cherish the time you do get with him and cheating on him will only make it worse. patience my child trust me at some point it all comes together.

Sure, but we make the best of the little bit of time we have with each other, and before we had a child, I got a dog to help when I was alone and a bit afraid.........
