My little cousin is 13 and she has no breast. She thinks there's something wrong. Is there??? And what can she do go grow them??? She's only 4ft 9 inches.

This is definately normal. She's is probably just a late bloomer. The reason it seems odd that she's not growing yet is because girls these days are growing faster than ever. This is usually due to hormonal injections used in meat, especially fast food. I don't think i started to actually "grow" untill i was about 14. Hope this Helps:)

I'm not a girl but this is normal. But if the breasts don't start to appear by age 15 or 16 then there is a propblem and she should see a doctor

there is nothing wrong with her at all..some girls bloom early and some bloom later on..my mother was flat chested until she was almost 16 and then they started to grow..every girl is very different..but there is nothing wrong with her..if it concerns you that much..go to a doctor and get their opinion.

haha, im a guy, she can have sex......thats supposed to increase boob size, or get pregnant..which increases boob size or get implants.....to guys it doesnt matter if the boobs are fake or real as long as the boobs are hot"
