My friend is on a liquid diet and I am not sure if that is healthy. Basically all she does is drink water with a bit of lemon juice in it. She said that shes been on it for only a week and is seeing results but I am not sire if she should continue.

This is not a healthy diet. Your diet needs minimum amounts of soluable fiber, fat, sodium, and carbohydrates. Tell her to get off the harmful diet now. Try to reduce with less refined white flour. IE; rice sugar noodles. Exercise is a big part of reducing body mass.

You would be correct.
She shouldn't continue
That does not have anything in it to sustain life
She may be pulling your leg...
For she will get really weak, lethargic, etc.. soon if she is only drinking water.
You need a certain amount of calories each day to have proper brain functioning
I'm sure she is seeing results, but she's probably cleaned out her colon, and has nothing left by now.
This will mess up her digestive system, and reek havec everywhere else.
It isn't a good diet.

Oprah was on one in her early dieting days. She lost a lot of weight, but gained it back. It's not too healthy, and difficult to do for a long period of time. When you stop, it comes right back. Research some articles about Oprah and you'll see how she did it and why it worked for a while, but not for the long haul.

thats not good for you..u need other stuff..like greens and such..she doesnt have to eat like meat if she doesnt want to but she should talk to her doctor about this so called diet

Well duh when you don't eat you will loose weight. That is very unhealthy.
