She is 13 and she has no breast, she's worried that somethings wrong. Is there????

If she makes it to 14 without ANY sexual development, then yes there could possibly be a delay in puberty. She should see her pediatrician to see if she is delayed.
She may not be, if she has breast buds, and pubic hair.
If she has those, then she is on track, and she neednt worry.
If she is having a really hard time, the pediatrician will help her out for good.

i was a a junior in high school and still didn't even need a training bra...then one morning I woke up and BAM! I had c cups. Everyone develops differently. Your cousin may be a late bloomer and she may still have very small breasts. Or she may end up with alot more than she wants. Tell her to be patient, her time will come.

I find the whole fascination with big breasts baffling. I would choose a nice set of B cups over D's any day of the week.

Of course not. Girls these days are developing so early. I didn't get my cycle till 14, and breasts didn't come until I was in college. Jeez, just relax, you don't need to attract guys until your old enough to date medical students. I am serious, save your kisses and other stuff till college. It is much more funthen anyway.

maybe. Or she is a slow developer. Has she even started puberty yet? Is she getting the proper nutrition? She needs to have a physical and see what a doctor says.

There's nothing wrong with your cousin. Everyone matures at their own pace. She'll get them eventually.

Nothing wrong. All girls develop at their own speed, some earlier than usual and some later than usual. There is nothing wrong.

tell her not to worry..my friend she is 13 and she has nothing. shes ok with that..because she knows they will come eventually..ask her if she has pubic hair..if so..she shouldnt worrry
