I have A bloody show light pink is that A sign that I'm going into labor or does that mean nothing. If so how long did it take you to go into labor?

it could be part of your mucous plug... you should call your doc as they will probably want to check you out.. it might mean that labor will start soon, but some women can go a few weeks after loosing their mucous plug before they go into labor... call the doc and have them check you out. good luck

Wow. We are the exact same weeks and days pregnant! Sept. 4th right? Well, anyways, I would say It's just a sign that labor is approaching. I wouldn't freak out about it like some people are saying like it's an emergency. Labor isn't an emergency and you'll be fine, just let your doc know because they need to know everything about your progress and they prob. will want to to another internal just to see if you're dialating. But yeah, like others said, it could be that labor is right around the corner, or it could be that you've got a week or more left and that was just your first sign. Just let your doc. office know in the morning.

If you are having a bloody show, you need to see if it is similar to snot... this is more than likely your mucus plug and is normal. You could deliver your baby within 24 hours to two weeks of the onstart/finish of this bloody show. You should make your OB aware of this so that they can chart it, but with my first child it was 2 weeks later that I had her and my second child it was 1 1/2 hours of going into labor- it all depends on the baby and if it's ready- this is your bodies way of letting you know it's getting close to time! It is definetly a sign and you could go into labor within hours but then again it could take weeks. I had it 2 weeks ago when I was 35 weeks and nothing yet. But, it is a full moon tonight so GOOD LUCK!

Bleeding during pregnancy is not normal and you should see a doctor. But I had my baby at 36 weeks so you could be in labor.

It depends on how much it is-- if it is enough to fill a small pad, then you need to go to the hospital. If it is just light, it is probably nothing, but you still need to call your doctor tomorrow to make sure. Sometimes the mucous plug (if you haven't noticed yours yet) can be light pinkish brown, or even yellowish. (I never even saw mine) So that could be all it is. Good luck and congrats!!

everyone is different. labor could be right around the corner or one to two weeks away. you'll know when either your water breaks or you start having contractions.

I think it could be sign, however, I don't think any of us are Dr's so you might want call your OBGYN or Midwife and see what they advice. Congratulations on your new bundle of joy..

bleeding (even slight ones) are signs that you should not ignore. visit your gynae ASAP. it is better to be safe than sorry. all the best!
