I am a Virgo and most astrology sites will tell you Taurus, Capricorn and Scorpio but I am married to a Capricorn and he was definitely not my perfect match but I don't really believe in it but if you do you need to go by moon signs too to better determine personality traits. I know others who are Capricorns including a friend and my sister. Their personalities are completely different. Could be the moon thing or could be astrology is a bunch of useless crap. I think you shouldn't base who you are with by signs but by common interests and understanding of each other regardless of their sign.

Any sign can be with any other sign. It all depends on your whole chart, based on your DATE, PLACE, EXACT TIME of birth, not just your Sun signs.

Your whole chart then is then compared to the other person's whole chart using a technique called Synastry.

The aspects between each other's planets and points must be looked at and interpreted. The planets in each others houses must be looked at and interpreted, both ways. Affinities must be looked for. It's not simple to a layperson, but it is to people who are educated in Astrology terminology.
