go to the mall and check out all those little booths they have, they seem to alteast have 2 that sell earings

I dont know where you live but if you live near Los Angeles you should try downtown. They have really good deals on fabulous costume jewelry. bangles, earrings, necklaces, bracelets etc...
swapmeets are always a place to find a good buy.

I find some of my best buys at craft fairs and little festivals with craft booths. You can also get really good buys at yard sales.

i usually find some really cool ones for formal dances and just day-to-day outings at those little chinese hand-made stands in the middle of the malls.
