No luck with conceiving, that's unfortunate. If a man looks at me wrong, I'm pregnant. This is the deal...you can ONLY conceive when there is an opening in the cervix. This will occur for a 24 hour window once per month. This "window of opportunity" will usually began 11-14 days after the first day of your menstrual cycle. This is the time to go for it. Have sex every day during this period because you don't know exactly when that window will be available. Due to this, nature has a fail safe, sperm will pool around the cervix for 72 hours patiently waiting for a chance to slip in and presto a baby. After 72 hours the sperm will die. Hope this helps.

I really wouldnt worry too much about not falling pregnant, unless you have had a doctor prove to you that you will never have children, even then be weary of believing it. I have Polycystic ovaries, and endometriosis, so no matter what it was going to be hard to have a baby, I had 4 doctors tell me I would never have children. My hubby also only has 1 working testy, so we proved everyone wrong, and are now expecting a baby. If you are having sex to try to fall pregnant, you won't. Put fun back into your sex life, forget about trying to concieve and sure enough, you will find yourself over the moon that you will be having a baby. Good luck.

I can't tell you where it goes but I can tell you be patient. I had wanted a kid for years and I tried and tried and then one day I met my husband and we wanted one and we tired and I started to think I could not get preg we did it when I was fertile everything tired all the best ways it says to get preg and I also have endometrosis which makes it even harder and 3 months later I got preg. They say if your trying to get preg you wont when the time is right you will. But also you can always go to the doc and make sure everything is ok with both of you and you can have kids.

The sperm look for an egg until they die and i think they disinigrate. You do not become pregnant because there was no egg available for the sperm. If you are trying to conceive you should wait until you are ovulating. Easy signs of ovulating are a slightly higher temp. than normal and slight cramping.

DUUUUHHH LADIES...it doesnt come back out...the fluid does but the sperm dies and are absorbed by our bodies!! Kind of like when a guy doesnt ejaculate for a while...the sperm dont just stay there they have a shelf life so to speak and they die and get absorbed into the guys bodies and then his body produces new sperm...it is a cycle!

...ummm you don't know? when ejaculates it stays up there for a while cus it jell at this point, sometimes you have to lay in a certain position of it to reach and get pregnant..then after 30mins it becomes liquid and leaks...explaining all the wiping and cleaning you have to do afterwards.

If you've tried for a long time (usually a year) and still dont get pregnant, you should consult your family doctor or a gynae.

if there is no egg to fertilize, you don't get pregnant...as for where it "goes", I assume it is expelled through the vaginal opening, the same way it went in...but I've never really thought about it until I read your question...
