This is a tough one to try to figure out. First off, what game it is will make a big difference. If you are using wild cards then of course it would affect your chances a lot. How many cards you are being dealt. There are lots of factors to consider when trying to figure out if you have the best hand. Trying to figure this problem out mathematically without more information is a nightmare. The only hands that can beat you are full houses, four-of-a-kinds, and straight flushes. A higher flush can't beat you or else it would be a Royal Flush. The odds of you having the best hand are certainly in your favor in most games, but without more information to go it's sort of pointless to try and come to a more exact figure.

The fact you already have the flush boosts your chances of winning by alot. I don't know the chances that you would get a Kd but if you did you have the second highest hand in the game.
