First off buy a toothbrush and some toothpaste. Then put the toothpaste on the brush, and put it in your mouth and start moving brush back and forth across teeth, then lean back open mouth, and scrub the tops of teeth, then the fronts again, til your whole mouth foamy and all the food is out your teeth, then spit, rinse brush and repeat if you wish, then grab some mouthwash and gargle. Then spit.

Well first off, put toothpaste on your toothbrush, about a pea-sized amount. Then, starting with the front of your top row of teeth, brush from left to right, making a circular motion with your brush. do this for about 15 seconds, then move on to under your top row of teeth, aka the roof of your mouth. After another 15 seconds, move on to the bottom row of your teeth and repeat the first & second steps, just for the bottom row. Then a quick brush of your tounge from back to front, rinse, gargle, and spit! Be sure to floss first, with a minty floss to add a more minty taste to your mouth (excellent!!), and use a type of mouthwash after to keep your breath fresh. I personally use ACT, the mint flavor, because it helps to prevent cavities as well =)

I use a Braun Oral-B Triumph Professional Care 9000. It gets between the teeth, has a timer, and has a vibration option every 30 seconds so I can divide the time equally to the top right, bottom right, top left, and bottom left.

We have gum disease in my family and without such a great product, my perfect teeth would probably have fallen out by now.

With a toothbrush and toothpaste. I wet the toothbrush then apply toothpaste and place in my mouth. I move my brush up and down and side to side until I have gotten all my teeth. They I rinse my mouth out. I then place my toothbrush in the holder. And this sir is how I brush my teeth

i wet my toothbrush, put on the toothpaste then brush my back teeth first then the front and finally my tongue. I follow with a good rinse with water and scope, and before i go to bed i include the floss.
