Of course. Just because you have sex with him every day does not mean that he is immune. Only thing is, on what grounds do you think that this is possible. If you believe that he is cheating on you, then what are you doing with this person??

It is possible for your man to be cheating. Most guys cheat because they are missing something in their relationship. Either emotional, physical (which this does not seem to be in your relationship), or spiritual. First of all I would have to say do not accuse him. If you are not 100% sure that he is cheating do not approach him. You can however do some investigating. If you live with the guy and don't already wash his laundry, offer to do it for him. If he is hesitant then that is a bad sign. Most men won't touch their laundry at all. So you can check for receits and what not, if you live with the guy then you should know his work schedule and pretty much know where he is most of the time. If you don't live with him then ask him to do something with you, or go out somewhere. I would say just try to take up a lot of his time, with out being suspicious, and always know his work schedule. Most guys cheat with someone at work. But if he thinks that you know then he will just get sneakier. So just stay calm, and if you are having sex everyday, use protection. If he is cheating you don't want to get anything. You should never accuse unless absolutely sure, that also could destroy the relationship, just because you have a few trust issues you don't always have to tell him. Hope this helps.
