i have verizon so there is no sim card

the phone will have to be verizon and call them and tell them you got a new phone they will help you

Call Verizon.
They will ask you for an
Electronic Serial Number or ESN number which is located underneath the battery of your phone.
Then they will put number in their computer
then they will ask to you dial *228 on the cell.
That's it.

just put your old sim card in the new phone, hope that helps!

if there isnt a sim card you need to call your service provider, they will tell you how to prgram it
