I take it you watched the show on the discovery channel today.If not , I did(this is not a joke).I don't think so.But this is just a conjecture.But on the show it said that 1 out of every 400 people on earth is believed to have blood relation tracing back to the monguls.Because of the conquest of Gangus Khan.But he existed in the 12th century and the natives were here before that.And his conquest ended before he was able to invade europe because of his mysterious death.But he was able to conquer the Persions.If the Baron straight was there during his time, that is the only way I see how Monguls could have come over to this land.Good theory though.BYE LOVE!

I thought it was common knowledge that the natives of the Americas came to this hemisphere from Siberia over the land bridge to Alaska. They were Mongolians or something similar.

Do you mean Native Americans? I think it's a possibility. I say this because I used to have a friend from Mongolia and he was very often mistaken for a Native American - even I did when I first met him. His facial features and skin colouring were indeed very similar to other Native friends.
