I find that it's hard for me to refer to my real-life best friends as my "best" friends when in conversation with my other friends. I mean, if Bryan is my best friend, and I tell Dave, who is not, that "I'm helping my best friend move out," Dave would feel awkward. How do you handle such a situation? I've thought about just saying "I'm helping a friend move out," but I thought about it a bit more, it would be disrespect to your friendship with Bryan. Would it not?

Yes, we are ill-served by English in this context. Unfortunately "friend" has long since been devalued into something of little more worth than "acquaintance". Bryan is, in fact, your friend (a treasure beyond price). Dave, however, is not. He's just a guy you are on friendly terms with. We need a word for this status of companion.
As "Rambo" says: "buddy" might well fit the bill.

Nah, it wouldn't be disrespectful. Bryan would understand that you just don't want to hurt Dave's feelings or anything.

I refer to my friends in 4 categories
1 road-dog ( the friend that's always around usually getting into the same trouble your getting into)
2 your best friend ( the friend you call anytime of day or night for help)
3 friends (people you hang with but not everyday)
4 associates (people you talk to because their around but don't hang with)

noooooooo thats no longer a thanks to do it! Im 16 and im taking wellbeing in the present day. What you should do is devour smaller parts of nutrition. for sure devour the right issues and make confident you burn off the amont of energy youve eaten at the same time as exercie. in case you dont favor to devour that a lot then at leat make confident its something nutritious like a gronolla bar or something, idk! make confident you devour BREAKFAST! in case you do not then which will decelerate your metabolism fantastically, which makes it even harder to loose weight. i recognize this isnt the right element of say yet if you discover your self gonna starve your self, then a minimum of devour breakfast so as that when you do exercising, your metabolism is up and it makes it a lot less confusing to loose weight. devour some fruit or a cereal bar for breakfast and milk, in case you go with. eating water and milk gained't artwork. you'll both finally end up gaining more effective water weight or making your self very ill. and in case you "acquaintances" dont favor to be your "acquaintances" anymore becuase your "fat" then those are literally not acquaintances.
