Canada of course! I'm a tad biased, but what the heck, I love my country! That's why everyone wants to immigrate here too!

Being fully patriotic I would have to say Australia. We have some of the most unique things Down Under (read that as you might).
I just feel that although we are a little country and the youngest country in the world we have come far in 200 years. I think it all started with WW1 and 2 - it is where we got our real identity.

An american (US) will never get treated better in a foreign country than they do here. Of course is USA for us. Remember before you move, most of the world hates you regardless of what the goverment does, because of what you have. Canada has a lot of anti US bias that if called on it they say no no we just hate your government. Right. But they blame you for what your government does so go be happy.

The UK has been voted the best and the most polite country in the world by the French,Japanese,Chinese,Australians,Canadians,Russian.
loads of countries voted the UK as best so live with that fact,The US was 10th

the best country in the world does not interfere with any other country's business
so the best country in the world would not be very popular because they don't interfere and don't start wars on drugs, cancer, terrorism, aids, oil, etc. all at the same time
