well for a start you could stop calling her the ***** and try using manners,if you really want someone to listen to you then instead of yelling screaming and name calling try a little kindness and a few kind words to get their attention.Once they have worked out that you are not going to abuse them or swear at them then maybe they would be a bit more prepared to sit and listen to you.
