There are penis enlargers (ya know like the pump off austin powers). But honestly an inch.... she probably wouldn't be able to tell you lack it. I'm sure you could make up for it in the motions. Um yea cuz if u can work it trust me baby she wont give a ****.

Invest in a professional grade vacuum pump. (Vacu-tech or Dr. Joel Kaplin's) Seriously they work I've grown in inches 1.5 and 1" girth over the last 7 years I've been using it.
