it is quite typical that one testicle is smaller than another one - but they should not change their size.
please do as the others suggested and see a doctor.
unlike the other poster said, this has not necessarily to do with cancer.

One testicle is usually slightly smaller than the other. However, if there have been size changed I'd recommend seeing a doctor. Some cancers can cause enlargement or shrinking of body organs, including testicles. Perhaps you may be on some sort of medication that may be causing this to happen as well.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having this problem. Please see your doctor. Testicular atrophy can be caused by a number of things, from disease to injury. Or, it may be that your left one is just going to be naturally smaller than the other. But either way, I'd have it checked out. Good luck!
