yes we could but without name, address, phone number and reason why it would be assumed a false call to 911 and could get in trouble for it. I recommend if you need 911 and dont have a phone nearby go to your neighbor and have them call! If you have a phone then you need to call yourself!

911 can only be used for emergencies.
they would need to know the location, problem, who is involved and who do you need.
