He should pay for and repair all the damage he did. Paint, replace any broken windows, replant new flowers or bushes and restore your home to what it was before the idiot stoned it. Oh yes, and he should pick up all the stones and perhaps start a rock garden for you. If it was a child, you would have to call his parents so they can help him. But, unfortunately all you can do is call the cops. Then it's up to the judge to make him and/or parents make restitution.

if he/she is still in captivity then make him eat 7 bananas and 7 glasses of milk in 1 hour and then he/she can leave. He/She can be untied to have one hand to eat/drink with and you could rotate out that nanners and milk. Now if he/she does not perform this then you need to leave him/her in that room listening to scatman "scatman's world" at least 70 times loud enough to not be able to go to sleep (pay off your neighbors). Retribution does not need violence, just creativity. :)

torture him/her til he/she rats on everyone involved then go round em up take em to the woods douse em in gas & set em on fire...they'll learn better
