Bob Dylan, man. Lots of songs about crazy **** like that. Try some of the stuff from the early to mid '60's, during his "Protest" phase. One of my favorites is "Only A Pawn In Thier Game".

One of my favorite songs by Bob Dylan is called "Hurricane". It is the basis for the movie of the same name. The song is about how the police framed boxing champion, Reuben "Hurricane" Carter for a murder and robbery.
