id say chamillionaire is better on both his albums and his mix-tapes. something about the way those houston m-f's put their lyrics together. t.i. is on top of a lot of people, but i think that if they were to battle, chamillionaire would come out on top. t.i. tried to battle lil flip and z-roe in houston about a year ago and lost to both of them, on the mic and later that night on the street, true story, you can check it out, there was an article about it in a houston newspaper. i dont think any one of them is the best, though, but i think chamillionaire is the better of the two.

TI is better than Chamillionaire, but he isn't the best rapper.
I think the best rapper is a close tie between Jay Z, Camron and Juelz
I'm getting kind of tired of Crunk/Snap Music

I have only heard one song by cham and that's his current single. I like T.I., but after really listening to his lyrics he doesn't have too much too say other than about his former drug dealing life and hoes.
