i was wondering why are so many teen's haveing sex and not useing protection not only can you get preggo but there are so many illnessess you can catch why would you risk it why not use a condum and birth control? most think they can handle unwanted pregnancy by abortion so girls before you have un protected sex look at abort73.com and see what is done and read what happens to the baby and what heath issus can happen to you as well

just wondering is all cause so many ppl are not protecting themseves its not safe these days not to use a condum or birth controle

since people are so abortion happy these days.. here's another website to check out about Gianna Jessen, a girl who was aborted in 1977 and goes around telling people her story.. yes, I did say she was aborted.. when you abort a fetus you aren't aborting a blob of tissue, as many doctors will tell you, and Gianna is living proof of that, she was aborted, but didn't die. I am 18 years old and I am very proud to say that I am still a virgin. In fact, out of all the friends I have, only a small number of them are still virgins.

However, I am not a religious person- I am an atheist. I know that most religions discourage premarrital sex, but for me, it's a matter of practicality and ethics in general. I'm about to start my freshman year in college, and I honestly don't need an infant to weigh me down. Furthermore, I don't like the idea of selling my virginity to someone who I may break up with within a matter of days or weeks- there is no assurance unless you are married. And lastly, STDs... well, they just don't sound like fun things to have.

I think the main reason so many teens choose to have sex early on is because so many things glorify sex (i.e., the media and entertainment industry). However, I also think that it may be because American family life education and society shun sex so much- they spend more time condemming the actual act of sex itself rather than explaining the negative outcomes of having premarrital sex. And naturally, the more a person is told not do something, the more inclined they are to do it.
