How long will it take to get visable abs "With out flexing" if i eat healthy and work out 3 days a week? doing 200 sit ups , 200 leg lifts and 200 crunches each time i work out P.S. i am male and i am 18 5 foot 7 inches 128 pounds

Good god, dude!!! Are you trying to kill yourself? Either that; or you must already be in phenomonal shape; in which case, you'd already have abs that could seed a grapefruit!!! I swear, I see more guys doing crazy "body things" than the girls I talk to!!! Please, slow down. Think of your muscles like a tree that you are trying to shape. If you just grab that tree and yank it down, it's going to snap and you'll never get the results you want. But if you train it down gradually, the tree will grow the way you want and will stay that way indefinitely. I couldn't tell you how many reps to do as every individual is different and the shape you're already in does factor in. But if you take it easy on yourself and do no more than is comfortable, you should start to see real results within a 4 week month. Ab muscles, contrary to popular belief, are among the easiest muscles to train. So no need to kill yourself!!! If I were you, I'd get a consultation from a professional fitness trainer who could assess your condition and give you advice. Remember, most consultations are free. If you must do such a crazy workout, at least tone it down to include an extra day with less reps each workout. It is true that you want to give your muscles a break between workouts; but you also don't want to tear something. Remember, it's quality over quantity.

wow is this an ad for adult friends lol hmm it depends on the amount of flab on ur tummy, the lesser there is the earlier ur abs will be visible and good luck
