I assume you are talking about a consulting job. While PWC is ranked the number one accounting firm in the country, Accenture is a better consulting firm. Prestige, money, Accenture is better.

If you are talking about management consulting, go for PwC. Accenture's focus is on BPOs, which is a low-end consulting activity. PwC is highly regarded in financial analysis.
