The answers they have given so far are very good; however, I have an even better translation which is more direct, less wordy and is more commonly used in situations when you want to convey the meaning that 'enough is enough'!
Mandarin - 我 受 够 了!
Pinyin - wo(3) (shou4) (gou4) (le - neutral tone)
Literal translation - I receive enough past tense
Actual meaning - enough is enough!

Yi jing gou le
å·²ç¶å¤ äº
Or, as the above answerer put it,
Wo shuo gou le jiu gou le!
æèªªå¤ äºå°±å¤ äºï¼
These are the closest equivalent I can think of, and they literally mean, respectively:
1. "Enough already"
2. "I say enough, [which means] enough!"
After all, "enough is enough" is a colloquial expression in English and it'd be hard to find a word-for-word equivalent in Chinese! =p
