There about 3/4 of the way back of what you can see when you open your mouth. It's been harder to swallow & loosing voice frequently. Mouth has also seems to be more sensitive to spices & sugar.

These could be a normal thing called papilla on the back of your tongue. The best way to find out is compare the back of someone elses tongue.I am sure you will find the same thing.
If you are losing voice and find it difficult to swallow.... get it checked by an ENT.

Either it's a mouth ulcer or lump. Try gargle with warm salt water 3 times a day.
